Mediation Fees

| Small pool property mediation under $750,000 including superannuation | $1186.50 per party or $2373 total fixed fee |
| S60I certificates / Offer to Mediate | $320 includes the sending of invitations for mediation. If a mediation is accepted, this fee is deducted from the total cost of a mediation. If an invitation to mediation is not accepted, this fee includes an assessment of a s60i certificate. If a mediation is booked and both parties attend on the pre – teleconference where the mediator assesses that the matter is not appropriate for mediation, the parties will be charged a fixed fee of $640 total which includes the issuing of a s60i certificate. |
